$100 per foot for digging if necessary (1st foot is included)

Standard septic inspection with the addition of using a camera to view plumbing lines and system components (Up to 3 feet of digging included)
Camera Sewer Line Inspection- Report available in 24 hours $270 ($300 for the following counties: St. Mary’s County/ Charles County/ Calvert County/ Queen Anne’s County/Kent County)
If there is no access cap, $125 will be added to remove a toilet for access.
Well Yields- Report available in 24 hours

$450- 3-6 Hour Baltimore County Regulated Well Yield- required by law in Baltimore County
Mold Inspection and Sampling- Reports take 2-3 business days
o $195 Mold Sampling Protocol - one indoor air/ one outdoor air/ one surface sample
o $350 Partial Mold Inspection - one indoor air sample in the suspected area/ one outdoor air sample/ one indoor air sample used as an indoor control/ one surface sample, up to 750 square feet.
§ Includes a detailed inspection with full assessment and remediation recommendations for the area that was inspected. *crawl space not included*
o $645 Full Mold Inspection- A full assessment of an area up to 3000 square feet 3 indoor samples (one on each floor)/ 1 outdoor sample/ and 1 surface sample
§ Includes a detailed inspection report that includes an assessment of each room, source of any found problems, and advice on remediating the problem.
§ Additional charges may be assessed if area to be inspected is in excess of 3000 square feet. *crawl space not included*
